离体微血管压力肌动描记系统-114P用于体外模拟血管在体内的生理环境,在模拟生理状态条件下研究直径40微米以上离体微血管的结构与功能。通过测量微血管管径变化反映血管的生理学功能及药物的药理学机制。
浴槽内置电子反馈加热系统,用于维持温度,实验过程中无需持续灌流,降低环境条件的影响且节约实验成本。浴槽盖上有灌流液接口、快速排液/进液口、药物添加口以及氧气进气口。核心浴槽为医用级耐酸不锈钢金属材质,耐酸耐腐蚀,清洗简便,使用寿命长。 专用的 MyoVIEW 软件实时测量保存血管直径等数据。 相比其他血管灌流设备,离体微血管压力肌动描记系统可测量更多的血管参数,使用MyoVIEW 离体血管分析软件可以收集记录如血管壁厚度、管腔内外径、跨壁压及其他相关数据,如剪切力及血管阻力等。与传统的灌流系统相比,该系统为用户提供模拟生理环境条件,可以更全面、更直接地分析血管生理功能。 用户可根据实验需求选择配置DMT 162FM微流量计,用于测量测量15 - 4000μl/min流速范围内的血管管腔内流速。 |

Having tried other systems and Danish Myo Technology pressure myographs I must say that I clearly prefer the DMT system. Both systems are easy to handle manually, however on the analysis side, the DMT system is superior.
